1 Archive Cataloguer (Wiener Library, London)
Job Description: Archive Cataloguer, Full-time, Fixed Term (1 year) Salary: £23,500, Responsible to: ArchivistThe Wiener Library is the world’s oldest Holocaust archive and the home of Britain’s largest collection of published and unpublished works, documents and photographs relating to the Nazi era. The Library is currently collecting archival material, specifically personal document collections of victims and survivors, at one of the fastest rates in its history, leading to a backlog of collections to be catalogued.
We are seeking an enthusiastic archive cataloguer to join the team in a one year, fixed term post. You will be responsible for sorting and cataloguing selected collections according to ISAD(G) and in-house standards, generating document descriptions for public access.
