Creates promotional materials and .marketing plan. Develops and oversees all regional conferences, including .agendas, venues, speakers and presenters. Establishes and maintains .extensive relationships with, and provides support for all of the various .associates and organizations concerned with Holocaust Education. Creates .appropriate evaluation tools to assess the program both formally and .information. Oversees the evaluation progress and reporting requirements. .works with the Development office in all areas of donor relations. .Develops and oversees the annual budget for Special Projects. Assists in .the development and implementation of the annual plan for the Division's .national outreach program. ..Qualification Requirements..At the DS-11 grade level, applicant must possess one year of specialized .experience equivalent to the DS-9 grade level or 3 years of progressively .higher level graduate education or a PH.d or equivalent. At the DS-12 .grade level, applicant must possess one year of specialized experience .equivalent to the DS-11 grade level. Specialized experience is experience .that has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and .abilities to perform successfully the duties for the position, and that is .typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. This .experience must show that the applicant has demonstrated experience in the .following: ..Experience planning, implementing and evaluating educational programs for .student and general audiences...In addition to the above requirements, the applicant must meet the .following requirements:..1. Positive Education Requirements:..--A. Degree: that included or was supplemented by major study in .education or in a subject-matter field appropriate to the position.. Or.--B.
